Terms of Service

Health With Hunter is a personal creator project run by Hunter Stoler in New York City. The Service includes an interactive map of healthy restaurants and food spots, a curated product database, a discounts page, downloadable guides, a podcasts & press page, and an email newsletter. Content is editorial and reflects personal opinion and experience.

The Service is intended for people 13 years of age or older (16 or older in the EEA and UK). You may create an account with an email address or by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings in the app or by emailing contact@healthwithhunter.com. Deleting your account removes your saved items and associated profile data.

Health With Hunter participates in the Amazon Associates Program and in affiliate programs through ShopMy and similar networks. This means some links on the Service — including links in the product database, on the discounts page, in guides, and in emails — are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you click a link or make a purchase. This comes at no additional cost to you.

Discount codes, prices, availability, shipping, returns, and product specifications are set and fulfilled by the merchant, not by Health With Hunter. Commissions never determine whether a product is recommended; every item in the database is one we have personally vetted.

All content on the Service is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and no coach–client or provider–patient relationship is created by using the Service.

Always consult a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other licensed professional before changing your diet, starting a supplement, or acting on anything you read here — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you saw on the Service. Products described here have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Locations, menus, hours, pricing, ingredients, allergen information, and “Hunter’s favorites” designations may change without notice, and businesses may relocate or close. Map pins and distances are approximate. Always confirm details — especially allergen and ingredient information — directly with the business before you rely on them.

You may submit a spot, submit a product for review, or send us a message through the contact form. Do not submit anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or confidential, and do not submit personal information about other people.

By submitting content you grant Health With Hunter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish that content on the Service and in related channels. Submissions are not confidential, we are not obligated to publish or respond to them, and we may edit or remove any submission at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the location or product databases;
• resell, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission;
• interfere with, probe, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to send spam or to impersonate anyone;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or admin areas that are not yours.

The Service and its original content, branding, photography, guides, curation, and software are owned by Health With Hunter and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes. You may share links to the Service freely; any other use requires permission.

The Service links to restaurants, retailers, brands, podcasts, and other third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, pricing, policies, or privacy practices. Any transaction you make with a third party is solely between you and that party.

When you subscribe, you consent to receive newsletters and occasional promotional emails from Health With Hunter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. Transactional messages (such as sign-in and account emails) are not promotional and may still be sent while you have an account.

The Health With Hunter app is provided by Health With Hunter, not by Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app and are not responsible for any claims relating to it. Your use of the app must also comply with the applicable App Store or Google Play terms of service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the iOS app.

The app may request permission to use your approximate location (for “Near me” search) and to send push notifications. Both are optional and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health With Hunter and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health outcomes, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Health With Hunter from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change and continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless applicable consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
